Borneo Technical Co. (M) Sdn. Bhd. was first established in London, United Kingdom as the Borneo Company Limited (BCL) in 1856 and was involved in a wide spectrum of trade and business activities. Subsequently, The Borneo Co (1975) Sdn Bhd was incorporated to take over the business activities in Peninsular Malaysia on 28 October 1975 as a private limited company and changed to its present name in 1999.

Borneo Technical Co. (M) Sdn. Bhd. specialised in marketing and distribution for automotive maintenance parts, motorcycle maintenance parts as well as industry supplies throughout Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

TWINCO FAR EAST SDN. BHD. was incorporated in 1987 as a distributor and wholesaler of automotive spare parts in Johor Bahru. It specialises in Original Equipment (OE) and replacement parts for commercial and heavy vehicles, covering both Continental and Japanese makes.

Similar to Twinco, AUTO EMPIRE IMPEX PTE. LTD. also specialize in automotive spare parts for heavy duty commercial vehicles but it is based in Singapore with main focus on export business. It is well established to serve customers in the South East Asian region, mainly in East Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Having previously been an arm of Solid Corporation, LOCO AUTO SDN.
